Farm-in and Joint Venture Agreements

Argent entered into Farm-in and Joint Venture Agreements with Golden Cross Operations Pty Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Cross Resources Limited (ASX:GCO) under which Argent may earn up to a 70% interest in each tenement-see the description of each project for details.

Argent has earned a 100% interest in the Company’s major project, Kempfield. A Definitive Feasibility Study into a project to produce 20 million ounces of silver, 34,000 ounces of gold and over 100,000 tonnes of lead and zinc is underway following the positive results of a Scoping Study released to the market in April 2010.
